Open Studio Hours   

Colonial Folk Art offers open studio availability during our operating hours, with the exception of the hours listed on our Class Schedule calendar. 

Our Hours of Operation:

Tues - Fri: 10 am - 5 pm

Sat: 10 am - 4 pm

 

Open Studio Fees

Hourly Rate: $25

Daily Rate: $55

10 Day Punch Card:  $300 

• May visit up to 2 times/week during Open Studio times.
• Included is use of all equipment, available glazes and firings.
• Clay and shelf storage is not included (see miscellaneous fees). 
• Card holders receive a 10% discount off group classes. 
• Pieces made at home can be fired for $3 per piece with a $2 upcharge for any piece over 8" tall or 10" wide. 

Monthly Membership: $150

• Open studio use up to 25 hours a week
• Members may come an unlimited number of times during our Open Studio hours
• Included is use of all equipment, available glazes, all firings, a storage shelf and locker (at no extra charge).
• Clay is not included (see miscellaneous fees).
• Monthly Members receive a 20% discount off group classes.
• Pieces made at home can be fired for $2 per piece with a $1 upcharge for any piece over 8" tall or 10" wide.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

Shelf Rental (10 day punch card holders or additional shelf for monthly members): $20 per month

Glazing Fee: $18 per hour

Clay $2.00 per pound

Clay $30 per 25 lb bag

 

OUTSIDE FIRING

We do not offer firing services to outside artists.

We only fire pieces made outside of our studio for our paid studio members or punch card holders (fee applies as listed above).
